Chitra mentions how her aspiration for this venture is for the younger generation to get involved in this practice, as well as for the values and work of Biome to expand and reach out to other states apart from Bangalore. She notes how their approach and design are being recognized and appreciated and that ecological architecture has the potential to work deeply with climate change. She remarks how architects need to get a bit more political and take action in their own field. Recalling the building of the Biome Trust, she remarks how it began because of volunteers who came in and wanted to work with them.
